Peasant Magic
The tournaments will be Legacy format and will adhere to the
Legacy banned list.
In addition to those rules, you may not play any rare cards,
you may play only 5 uncommon cards, and the rest of your deck
(and 15 card sideboard, if you choose to have one) must consist
of commons. To determine what rarity a card counts as, look it
up on Gatherer, which
will tell you the current official text of any card in Magic and
show you all the different printings of the card.
To determine the rarity of a card for this format, just use the
lowest rarity. For instance, Harrow
was printed once as an uncommon and once as a common, so it counts
as a common for Peasant Magic. Loxodon Warhammer
was printed once as an uncommon and twice as a rare, so it counts
as an uncommon.
